Overview Join our outstanding team at Crocs Inc. (Crocs & HEYDUDE) Las Vegas Distribution Center this summer. Work alongside us for 10 weeks, getting paid and work on impactful projects. Meet new friends and discover what makes us #UnlikeAnything! We are now offering internship opportunities at our Las Vegas Distribution Center! The program will run from June 2 through August 8 and will be 100% on site (40 hours) based out of our Las Vegas Distribution Center (LVDC) 11515 N Donald Lee Adams Way, North Las Vegas, NV 89165 At this time this role is not eligible for relocation. What You'll Do

  • Assisting with Projects: Support ongoing projects by conducting research, capturing data, or providing administrative support.
  • Learning and Training: Participate in learning opportunities, training sessions, and workshops to gain practical skills and knowledge in your field.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside team members to contribute ideas, offer insights, and collaborate on tasks or projects.
  • Task Execution: Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities within deadlines, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, or documentation based on your assigned projects or tasks.
  • Networking: Engage with professionals within the company, attend networking events, and build connections for future career opportunities.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Availability: Be available for the full duration of the program, June 2, 2025 - August 8, 2025
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to observe and collect data, proficient in problem-solving and process analysis, capable of identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Knowledge of productivity and process optimization techniques, experience with layout design and ergonomics, ability to create and revamp Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, experience in setting and achieving project milestones.
  • Technical Skills: Understanding of supply chain and logistics principles, familiarity with inventory and supply management methods (e.g., Kanban), knowledge of automation and its integration into processes.
  • Attributes: Enthusiastic and motivated, strong work ethic and commitment to excellence, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, strong interpersonal skills for partnering with various departments.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in data collection and analysis, thoroughness in creating and implementing SOPs, careful consideration of safety and ergonomic factors.

  • Leadership and Initiative: Ability to take ownership of projects, proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement, strong decision-making skills.
Projects You May Work On:
  • Inbound Optimization: Improve inbound layout and process, establish labor standards and new SOPs.
  • Reverse Logistics Optimization & Staffing Model: Improve reverse logistics from supply and visual management perspective, build staffing model and reasonable labor standards.
  • Transitional Inventory & DeVAS: Design and implement a new layout and process for transitional inventory and DeVAS, considering future omni-channel and automation.
  • VAS Optimization: Optimize VAS stations with consideration of automation, improve job execution across shifts
