Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Virtual Territory Representative to manage inbound and outbound communications across multiple channels (phone, email, chat). The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer support, excelling in closing deals, addressing customer pain points, and consistently meeting sales goals.

Position: Virtual Territory Representative

Location: Remote (with occasional travel as needed)

Type: Full Time

Rate: $19.00 to $21.00 hourly, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound sales campaigns and handle inbound inquiries.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and text.
• Identify customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas through lead qualification and closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Participate in strategy meetings, coaching sessions, and client training.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B/B2B2C sales environment.
• Experience in building products, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical industry (preferred).
• Strong communication skills with experience in customer service and upselling.
• Proficiency in Aircall, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-production sales environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
