We are currently seeking Heat and Frost insulators (Insulation of Plumbing piping systems and sheet metal ducts) for ongoing commercial and industrial projects throughout the Greater Vancouver Area from Chilliwack to Vancouver. Full and Part Time. New construction of High-rise buildings, schools, commercial and industrial projects, industrial plants, food processing plants, etc. If you have the skills and experience required for this position, or strong background in construction we invite you to apply. Most of our work is inside buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Install insulation by applying ASJ piping insulation and FSK duct insulation, aluminum cladding, PVC elbows and fittings, PVC jacketing, canvas.
• Install piping and duct insulation materials in buildings and structures according to blueprints and specifications.
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas.
• Use hand tools such as knives, scissors, to install insulation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, ensuring debris and materials are properly disposed of.

- MUST BE RELIABLE.

Experience:

• Previous experience in insulation installation preferred.
• Familiarity with different types of insulation materials and their applications.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and cutting insulation materials.
• Solid understanding of construction
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong awareness of safety protocols.
• Comfortable with lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 25 lbs.
• Own personal protective equipment: hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and safety boots.

Nice to Haves (But Not Required) :

Experience working on construction projects or elevated spaces.

Tickets for Fall Protection, Elevated Areal Platforms such as Scissor and Boom lifts, First Aid, and/or WHMIS.
