Looking for an Architect, Interior Architect or Interior Designer to join our team.
Must be self-starter, can do attitude.
Having worked specifically as an Interior Architect or Architect or Interior Designer or in both commercial and residential for 5+ years.
Ability to build concept boards & CAD floorplans easily.
Proficient in tracking, managing overseeing all projects from start to finish, tracking projects, managing clients, measuring full houses, tracking receivables, inventory, scheduling.
Demonstrated knowledge of the design process, products and materials
Passionate about design, curious about art, and always willing to go the extra mile for colleagues and clients
Skilled knowledge of AutoCAD (or revit, 3D is an asset), Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup (Asana and Designfiles proficiency is a plus) Or similar
Ability to read and communicate working/construction drawings
Deep understanding of both residential and commercial project. Ability to run projects on your own.
Ability to manage multiple projects (with multiple moving parts, sooo many moving parts!)
Must demonstrate strong space planning and styling skills
Strong attention to detail (and we mean STRONG!)
Exceptional organizational and communication skills (with clients, vendors and trades)
Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties with little supervision
Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic with a “can-do” attitude. Willingness to oversee junior designers.
Kitchen, bath, & residential & commercial design knowledge preferred

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients.
