Job Description

Seeking a positive, motivated and detail-oriented project manager. Must be organized, resourceful, efficient, able to multi-task, work quickly and meet multiple deadlines. Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
-Obtain estimates from vendors using highly detailed and accurate information
-Enter items into Studio Designer to prepare proposals and invoices
-Place and track orders and schedule installations
-Manage all fabric reserves and accessory inventory
-Receive and inspect smaller items that arrive at the office
-Manage project timelines for each client
-Schedule various trade installations such as electricians, plumbers, and painters
-Stock and price checks for design items
-Build and manage client budgets and presentations
-Assist with tasks before and during photoshoots and client meetings
-General project-related errands
-Monthly financial posting of incoming client payments and outgoing vendor payments
-Attend client meetings and take detailed notes
-Handle customer service issues and product quality control

JOB REQUIREMENTS
-2 years in the interior design or adjacent field
-Knowledge of furniture and fabric vendors and familiarity with the Interior Design industry is a must
-Proficiency with Google Suite required (Google Docs, Google Sheets)
-Experience with Instagram and Canva
-Studio Designer or similar Design Management Software required
-Understanding of the luxury market
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit experience is a plus
