Looking to hire a full-time project manager for a successful and fast-growing Southern Palm Beach Interior Design Firm.

This position will provide project management and assistance to the principal designer and also interface with all business associates/contacts as well as clients.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Proposal development including detailed cost estimates and pricing for projects which adhere to the client’s requirements, budget, and timeline. This will also include presentation to the client and ability to address inquiries and concerns.
• Sourcing and procuring design selections
• Daily procurement and document management of project notes, client details, and tasks needed to be completed.
• Communicate with vendors to procure items, as well as track order status and handle any issues that may arise.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and team for clear and timely information exchange.
• Prepare detailed meeting notes for client meetings, ensuring key decisions and action items are recorded.
• Track and report project progress to team members including any risks, deviations, and milestones achieved.
• Prepare and organize invoices and billable hours with precision ensuring accuracy and timely approval to send to our bookkeeper.

Ideal Candidate Must:

• 1-3 years of experience at Interior Design firm
• Excellent writing and communication skills are a must
• Possess strong problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work to independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Studio Designer, Google Suite, Clickup, + Harvest
• Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high quality work
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a home office environment

Location: Delray Beach
Salary: $55K - $70K annual
