Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year

Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interior Designer to join our team! This position will provide an opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile hospitality projects. You will be responsible for creating unique and innovative design solutions that meet our clients' objectives while ensuring the highest standards of design excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Leading the interior design process from concept development through to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
2. Developing innovative and creative interior design concepts that align with client objectives and project requirements.
3. Utilizing your expert knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed design drawings and specifications.
4. Collaborating closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, and other designers, to ensure a cohesive and integrated design approach.
5. Managing FF&E, including selection, specification, and installation.
6. Presenting designs to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions.
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in interior design and architecture.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on hospitality, restaurant, or retail projects.
2. A degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or certification as an Interior Designer.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
4. Extensive experience in FF&E selection, specification, and procurement.
5. Demonstrated expertise in space planning.
6. A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions for hospitality projects.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Proven ability to lead a project from concept to completion.
9. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional interior environments.
