Atrium Health is seeking a Board-Certified IM or FM Physician to join our Executive Concierge Program , providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to a select panel of executive patients. This role combines preventive medicine, longitudinal primary care, and personalized wellness planning in a non-traditional, concierge-style setting.

About Atrium Health Executive Concierge

Our Executive Concierge Program is designed to deliver high-touch, personalized care to corporate leaders and high-profile individuals. We emphasize prevention, early detection, and wellness optimization in a discreet and comfortable environment.

Highlights

• Conduct comprehensive executive physicals with a focus on prevention and wellness.

• Provide longitudinal primary care for up to 150 patients, including call.

• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4 in-clinic days/week (total 4.5 days per week).

• Manage weekday call for your own patients (aside from vacation weeks); rotate weekend call with 6 physician partners.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate specialty referrals and diagnostics.

• Maintain detailed documentation and follow-up for all patient encounters.

• Participate in teaching opportunities and contribute to program development.

• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and confidentiality.

• EPIC EMR.

• Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line.

• Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature.

• Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients.

Practice Environment

• Dedicated Executive Concierge suite with private exam rooms and diagnostic access.

• Low patient volume to allow for extended, unhurried visits.

• Support from ER and hospitalist teams for inpatient care.

• Integrated EMR and care coordination tools.

• Reports to the Divisional Medical Director, Executive Concierge.

Training and/or Experience Required

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in primary care.

• Preferred: 2+ years in Executive Health, Concierge Medicine, Sports Medicine or similar.

• Active NC medical license (or eligibility).

• Current DEA registration and ACLS certification.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
