Our client, an International Trading company is looking for a Japanese Bilingual Entry Level Admin Assistant in San Jose, CA.

Location: San Jose, CA

Position: Japanese Bilingual Entry Level Admin Assistant

Salary rate: DOE Base $26-32/hr with benefits

Full time/ Direct Hire/Benefits

Job Description:

-Daily communication and exchange of forms with customers, suppliers and carriers
-Timely updating of the ledgers of the developed delivery information, and instructions and coordination of the arrangements to the relevant departments.
-Prepare delivery plans based on customer demand
-Updating the ledger of order information and confirming the figures
-Grasping inventory and order quantities and communicating this information appropriately both internally and externally before problems arise.
-Prepare and send documents necessary for imports and exports.

Qualifications:

-Japanese skill is must

-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
