Responsibilities As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Basic Qualifications Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree Required Fields Of Study : Accounting Minimum Years Of Experience : 2 year(s) Required Knowledge And Skills : Must be able to speak, read and write Japanese. Certification(s) Required : Must be committed to obtain certification before being promoted to Manager. Certifications include: Certified Public Accountant or Member of the Bar. Preferred Qualifications Certification(s) Preferred : CPA or Member of the Bar. Preferred Knowledge/Skills : Demonstrates ability as both an individual contributor and team member, addressing client needs by applying knowledge of complex tax issues for US entities with operations in Japan, proficient ASC740 skills, participation in client discussions, engagement management, and the ability to leverage data and digitization solutions. Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
