Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or Related Field Experience with SQL Knowledge of Agile and SDLC Primary Responsibilities: Elicit, analyze, document, and validate epics, features, and user stories. Participate in all Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo/Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Facilitate meetings as needed. Write and execute test scripts. Write and execute queries in the database. Aid in the triage of defects during testing cycles. Develop and update documentation to support new/changes to procedures. Work with team to respond and answer questions generated by team members and business partners. Act as a liaison between business units and development team. Participates with team to establish target dates and complete activities/artifacts under changing conditions. Provide system support for assigned business unit or assigned application(s).
