Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Junior DevOps engineer to join a company's team. This candidate typically handles troubleshooting scheduled process issues, documenting incidents and solutions, collaborating with senior engineers, and contributing to knowledge-based articles. They also help maintain system performance and ensure timely resolution of support tickets. The pay rate for the role is between $ 25 and $28 an hour, depending on the candidate's years of experience.


Day to Day-
-Work on net new tickets
-Work on solving Bugs
-Create proper documentation for each ticket or bug
-Work with leadership and other employees to resolve issues

Experience with JAMS
-Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of operating systems and software applications (Powershell and SQL)
-Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with a systematic approach.
-Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and document issues clearly.
-Customer Service: A customer-focused approach, with a willingness to assist users and address their needs effectively.
-Attention to Detail: Careful and accurate in handling technical issues and documenting information.
