Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Early-Career Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, and an eagerness to grow in the project management field. Experience with Agile methodologies and a tech background transitioning into project management are highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead healthcare-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization. Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles and practices to manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively, driving continuous improvement in delivery. Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including IT, clinical, and operational teams) to ensure project objectives are met and team members are aligned. Problem Solving & Reporting: Identify project risks and roadblocks, develop solutions, and keep stakeholders informed through regular project status updates and reports. Required Qualifications: Healthcare Experience: Experience in the healthcare sector, with a preference for experience in Medicare programs or services. Agile Experience: Knowledge of or experience with Agile methodologies is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and technical teams. Tech Background: A background in technology (software, IT, or tech projects) is highly desirable, especially for candidates transitioning into project management roles. Preferred Qualifications: Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
