The selected candidate will be trained by our highly knowledgeable laboratory staff to perform important laboratory analyses that provide high quality, defensible data for our clients. A critical aspect of this role is to generate analytical data to help our clients ensure they are in compliance with governmental regulations related to environmental protection.
Our
Laboratory Analysts are provided the opportunity to continuously learn, improve their skills and advance in their career with us. They work on state-of-the-art laboratory instrumentation and perform analyses using a variety of analytical techniques and methods.

- Utilize state-of-the-art instruments & equipment
- Receive mentoring from your assigned Senior Scientist/Chemist
- Assess Quality Control and determine if results are valid for reporting
- Enter data into LIMS in a timely manner and deliver data for peer review
- Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding of laboratory systems and testing protocols, instrumentation and technology.

- Experience using Microsoft Office (especially excel and word) and other windows software
Qualifications - Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Microbiology or related area; or Associate’s Degree; or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements - Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds periodically during each work shift.
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 10 pounds constantly.
- Engage in the following movements: Balancing, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, picking, grasping, climbing, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motion.
- The incumbent is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines.
- The incumbent is potentially subject to conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: odors, gases, poor ventilation.
