Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements.
• Develop innovative and considerate proposals to meet clients' needs.
• Solve intricate customer queries with creative solutions that meet their budget.
• Maintain regular communication with the client throughout the sales cycle and serve as a valuable resource for them.
• Design, plan, schedule, and oversee advanced construction projects.
• Create and showcase attractive, sustainable outdoor environments.
• Demonstrate responsibility, creativity, and high-quality work to junior team members.
• Tasked with securing and implementing 25 to 30 projects annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape design with a robust portfolio.
• Proven record of securing and implementing 15+ projects annually.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Expertise in understanding and delivering on customers' visions.
• Proficiency in landscape CAD design (experience with PRO Landscape or Land FX is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of design principles and a commitment to ongoing education.
• Experience with local horticulture, landscape materials, and construction techniques.
• Valid Washington driver's license and a clean driving record.
