Position: Landscape Crew Member (Year-Round)
Experience Required:
+ Minimum of 1-2 years in the landscape industry.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Plant installation and bed preparation
+ Hardscape installation
+ Operation of landscape maintenance and installation equipment
What Were Looking For:
+ Self-motivated individuals who can handle seasonal pressures
+ Familiarity with plant installation and hardscape construction
+ Excellent work habits and organizational skills
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ CDL is highly desirable but not required
Minimum Requirements:
+ Ability to wear necessary PPE
+ Capability to work in all weather conditions
+ Proficiency in operating and servicing all required tools and equipment
+ Clean drivers license
+ Attention and concentration for extended periods due to the nature of the work
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to lift, move, and maneuver weights of 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
+ Gripping, climbing, balancing, pulling, and pushing
