• Collects dirty linen into laundry bins and transports carts to laundry area.
• Transports empty bins from Laundry to chute area.
• Maintain the Laundry area clean, neat and organized.
• Wash throws, pillow charms, covers, robes, curtains and lobby covers.
• Collect all dirty linen in a cart and send it to Cadillac Uniform.
• Keeps work area clean.
• Reports any safety concerns to manager.
• Participate in the morning line up.
• Occasionally receive and bring laundry bins from Security dock to Laundry.
• Follow the lost & found procedures.
• Must be able to show initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.
• Follows hotel standards for safety and security.
• Maintain an open line of communication between guests, management and service staff.
• Assist co-workers.
• Greets guest/customer immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Attend to guest requests.
• Attend training for team members.
• Perform duties incidental or related to the duties set forth above.
• Attend all mandatory meetings.
• Perform the Houseperson duties when shorthanded on Houseperson.
