Position Details Job Title: Intake & Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Princeton, New Jersey (in-person only) Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 annually (based on experience) Benefits: Health Insurance Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Manage client intake and retention by collecting documentation and accurately entering data into our systems. Develop and implement processes to track and recover overdue receivables. Handle administrative tasks including spreadsheet management, drafting correspondence, faxing, copying, and transcribing notes to ensure efficient office operations. Collaborate with the marketing team to support outreach initiatives and strengthen client engagement. Process and submit payments to third-party vendors. Qualifications Experience with CRM or legal case management software (preferred). Prior experience in legal, customer service, or sales roles.
