A Law Firm is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator for its Washington, DC office. This position will report to the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Professional Development and the Hiring Committee. The Legal Recruiting Coordinator will administer all aspects of entry-level and lateral attorney hiring. The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and the firm is on a hybrid schedule. Status: Direct Hire Salary: $75k - $95K DOE

Duties and Responsibilities: Correspond with candidates, search firms, law students and career services professionals; Screen resumes, schedule interviews and maintain applicant files; Coordinate and administer fall on-campus interview program; Coordinate and administer the summer associate program (orientation, work assignments, evaluations, and event planning); Must be highly motivated with excellent judgment; Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and oral and written communication skills; Work independently and effectively as part of a team; Must be available to work overtime and attend evening events as necessary. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree 3+plus years professional experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Working knowledge of viDesktop preferred. How To Apply: Please respond with your resume for consideration.
