The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) engages in mental health care by conducting psychotherapy and managing medication for clients. This remote position allows social workers to set their own hours and grow their private practice with marketing support and assistance from Headway. LCSWs must be fully licensed and are provided with tools to streamline client insurance processing and administrative tasks, ensuring effective patient care and access.

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
