My client located in Maidstone, Kent, is looking for a dentist to cover a maternity leave position from January 2025. The position is for a 6 month period with the potential for permanent expansion. The practice delivers both NHS and private dentistry, therefore you will require an NHS performer number for this role. You will be required to be competent in both NHS and private dentistry delivery and be able to formulate strong relationships with both the patients and the dental team. You will have a strong work ethos and want to deliver exceptional patient care at all times, whilst always adhering to a high standard of clinical practice.

About Us:
We are a well-established dental practice in Kent seeking a skilled Locum Dentist to cover maternity leave starting in January. This role offers the opportunity for extension into a permanent position as our practice expands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive dental care, delivering both NHS and private services.
2. Foster positive relationships with patients to enhance their experience.
3. Collaborate with our supportive team to maintain high standards of care.
4. Conduct private work on one Saturday each month.

Requirements:

1. Valid dental qualifications and GDC registration.
2. NHS Performer Number.
3. Experience in NHS and private dentistry.
4. Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach.
5. Flexibility to work 3-4 days a week 9am to 5pm.
6. One Saturday a month for private work only.
