Logistics Warehouse Lead, 2nd Shift

Experienced Logistics Warehouse Leads needed immediately in Santa Fe Springs, CA.   This is full-time work paying $18.50 an hour, plus overtime. You will work the 2nd shift from 3:00PM – 11:30PM.

As a Logistics Warehouse Lead, you’ll be responsible for overseeing associates, assigning and assisting with workloads, and resolving routine issues. You will also be expected to:

• Set clear goals and communicate that information to team members.
• Develop and lead team building exercises.
• Ensure all containers are closed and locked at the end of the shift.
• Track productivity by the hour to achieve daily goals.
• Conduct quarterly associate and safety performance reviews.
• Report attendance and punctuality daily via the Labor Log.

To qualify for this Warehouse Lead opportunity, we require at least 1 year of logistics warehouse lead experience and:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Scanning and WEBEC experience
• The ability to use data to improve a team’s operational efficiency.
• The ability to work a set schedule as well as work alongside your team, if needed.
• The ability to attend an interview with Management.
• The ability to work overtime, as needed.
• Bilingual English/ Spanish is a plus.
