Are you a hands-on, hardworking individual with your own tools? We need YOU to help keep Austin's apartment communities looking sharp! We're looking for Make Ready Techs who can start immediately for temp and temp-to-hire gigs.

What You'll Do:

• Light It Up: Check and replace all lights.
• Fix It Up: Repair or replace windows, latches, screens, hinges, sliding doors, shelves, baseboards, mirrors, and closets.
• Inspect & Inform: Check appliances and report issues to senior maintenance techs.
• Help with Appliances: Assist in changing or removing appliances.
• Key Master: Make keys when needed.
• Faucet Fixer: Repair or replace faucets and sink plugs, and replace washers.
• Exterior Repairs: Handle minor exterior repairs to sinks and bathtubs.
• Painting Pro: Help with painting duties and move paint supplies.
• Curtain & Blind Repair: Fix or replace curtains, mini-blinds, and ceiling fans.
• Plaster & Paint: Repair plaster holes and paint walls.
• Tile Inspector: Inspect and repair bathroom tiles.
• A/C Maintenance: Change A/C filters.
• Carpet Cleaning: Operate carpet cleaning equipment.
• Trash-Out Assistance: Help with moving heavy/bulk items during apartment clean-outs.

What You Need:

• Experience: At least 1 year of apartment maintenance or similar remodeling experience preferred.
• Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
• Identification: Must have 2 valid forms of government-issued ID.
• Communication: Good communication skills and English proficiency.
• Work History: A steady work history is a plus.
