Associates and Bruce L Scheiner, Attorneys for the Injured, is currently seeking a full-time Marketing and Events Coordinator

The Marketing and Events Coordinator will be responsible for a diverse set of marketing activities that includes events, webinars, social media, and collateral to drive our business forward. The ideal candidate would be a quick learner, willing to wear many hats and have a “can-do” attitude.

Marketing:
 Assist with developing, managing and executing marketing content on social media platforms
 Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice
 Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis
 Conduct market research
 Coordinate with vendors for marketing and promotional material needs
 Create and maintain organization structure for materials and resources
 Supports the Firm with administrative support as needed.
 Other duties as assigned.

Events:
 Support the marketing department by scheduling, organizing and managing events, adhering to budget, ordering and maintaining inventory
 Provide exceptional customer service
 Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues
 Prepare an analysis on all promotions and special events.
 Manage and maintain adequate event staff pool
 Ensure proper appearance and grooming standards are followed by event staff.
 Comply with all Firm Rules and Regulations and any other local, state, or federal guidelines.
 Adhere to all safety and security guidelines.
 Other duties as assigned.

Qualified Candidate will have:

 Degree in marketing, advertising, or public relations.
 One to three years of marketing, advertising, and/or public relations experience with corporate office environment experience
 Experience with trade shows or event planning
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Excel and Word.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to multi-task and have exceptional organizational skills.
 Ability to problem solve; analyze information, apply expertise and provide solutions.
 Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize work accordingly.
 Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
 Reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Position does require local travel
 Ability to work days, nights, weekends and/or holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:
 Vision: Required to have close visual acuity with or without correction to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal, and driving an automobile.
 Hearing: Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
 Talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word with or without correction. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
 Repetitive motion: Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
 The ability to lift, push, pull and/or move objects with varying weights
 Pushing: Using upper extremities to press against something with steady force in order to thrust forward, downward or outward.
 Pulling: Using upper extremities to exert force in order to draw, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion.
 Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position.
 The ability to withstand various outdoor weather conditions.
 The ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.

Must be dependable, professional, friendly, and be available to work Monday through
Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with the ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays as needed.
