With over half a century of innovation and a growing global presence, we are looking for a results-driven, creative, and strategic Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand, drive customer engagement, and boost sales.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our products, events, and training programs
• Manage email marketing, digital advertising, and social media strategies to drive sales, lead generation, and customer retention
• Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools to implement data-driven improvements
• Work closely with our sales team to support initiatives by developing targeted marketing collateral and messaging
• Oversee branding consistency across all platforms, ensuring alignment with Activator’s industry leadership
• Coordinate marketing assets for trade shows, college clubs, website updates, and strategic partnerships
• Create engaging visual and written content for social media, podcasts, and promotional materials
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing strategies to keep Activator at the forefront of chiropractic innovation
• Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and conversion performance

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in marketing or content creation (minimum 5 years) – preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or professional education
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, email platforms, and social media management
• Strong content creation skills – ability to write compelling social posts and promotional materials
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Procreate) for social media and promotional assets
• Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, social media campaigns) is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp) is a bonus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to new ideas
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and quickly adjust to a new environment
