Job Description
Summary: Seeking a Material Handler experienced in materials stock room, shipping/receiving, and general warehouse operations.
Job Requirements:
HS diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 70+ pounds
Strong documentation skills
Ability to operate a forklift
Knowledge of domestic and international shipping
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Google Workspace, BambooHR, Paycom & ADP, AwardCo
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure orders are properly shipped using FedEx and UPS software
Package and label orders for shipment correctly
Receive orders through ERP system (Visual)
Accept deliveries, unpack shipments, record identifying information, and enter transactions into ERP system
Prepare shipments by assembling, packing, protecting, and labeling containers
Record identifying information for shipped items and transport details
Assist in cycle counting exercises and annual physical inventory plan execution
Store parts in appropriate locations to ensure quality control of materials
Reduce costs and improve productivity by accurately tracking job time through labor scanning
