What You’ll Do Teach Abacus Math, School Math, and/or Reading to small groups of K-8 students using our curriculum. Training is provided. Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging curiosity and a genuine love for learning. Track and celebrate progress by monitoring students’ growth and sharing achievements with parents. Collaborate with a supportive team of educators committed to your success. What We’re Looking For Passion for education: You love teaching and want to help students excel. Strong subject knowledge: Proficiency in elementary, middle, or high school Math and/or Reading. Excellent communication skills: Ability to engage and motivate children in small-group settings. Team player: Collaborate with fellow tutors and staff to create a supportive learning environment. Alignment with our core values: Strive for constant improvement, be resourceful, and bring positivity to every session. Training & Development: Willingness to participate in paid training and ongoing coaching. Locations & Schedule Multiple centers: Choose a location convenient for you or teach at multiple centers for broader experience. Flexible hours: Monday to Saturday. Full-time and part-time roles available. Compensation & Expected Hours Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (with potential to earn up to $50/hr through our tiered program) Hours: Approximately 15–40 hours per week.
