We’re currently seeking Mechanical Assemblers to join a leading manufacturer in Windsor, CT. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and work with a respected client in the industry.
Job Details:
- st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM – $20.00/hr
- nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM – $21.40/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble preformed sheet metal parts using drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammers, and other tools
Pressure-test valves and related components
Read and interpret assembly and sub-assembly drawings
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Accurately log work on manufacturing documents
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
MUST have 1 year of experience with mechanical assembly
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in tight or elevated spaces
Ability to kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to read measuring scales
Capable of working independently or on a team
Familiar with using tablets and computers
