We are seeking a talented and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team at a fast-growing consumer electronics startup. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems for new product innovations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are functional, manufacturable, and meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prototype mechanical components and assemblies for consumer electronics products.
• Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to optimize designs.
• Work with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are production-ready.
• Test and iterate prototypes to meet performance, cost, and durability targets.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, and design teams for product integration.
• Identify and resolve design challenges, ensuring products meet customer expectations and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably in consumer electronics or related industries.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping.
• Knowledge of thermal management, vibration analysis, or product lifecycle management (PLM).
