Job Description:

• Define project scope and develop plans to achieve assigned business goals
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and design history.
• Assess project risks, keep stakeholders informed, and help the team navigate challenges.
• Manage critical elements and eliminate roadblocks to ensure smooth team progress.
• Foster a collaborative work environment where cross-functional teams and stakeholders can effectively contribute.
• Author and revise documentation and standard operating procedures, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records meet requirements.
• Lead team meetings and presentations, effectively engaging audiences at all organizational levels.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a project manager in a highly regulated environment including lab services, medical devise, pharmaceuticals, scientific research, medical insurance, etc.
• A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• PMP certification a plus. Scientific background and master’s degree preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience using MS Project or other PM software.
• Experience with advanced project management methodologies including Critical Path Method, Waterfall or Agile/Scrum highly preferred.
