Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager for a Rehab and Pain Management Doctor's Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, QuickBooks, and handling insurance authorizations and verifications. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, maintaining financial records, and providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring a professional and efficient environment.
• Manage all aspects of medical billing, including claims processing, payment posting, and collections.
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Handle insurance authorizations and verifications to ensure patients receive the necessary care promptly.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
• Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure all office procedures comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Prepare regular reports on office performance, financials, and patient care metrics for management review.
• Oversee the ordering and inventory of office supplies and medical equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of office management experience in a medical setting, preferably in rehab and pain management.
• Proven experience with medical billing and proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, including authorizations and verifications.
• A degree or certification in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle complex situations with patients and insurance companies efficiently and professionally.

Hours : Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
