Description of Role:

This position works closely with the Director of Membership Curation to source and enroll new members and nurture relationships with existing Members. Manage all aspects of the membership process and sales cycle by working with each nominee until the sale is closed.

Primary Role & Responsibilities

  • Assists with recruiting and enrolling new Members into the CORE:
  • Identify future members and arranging invitations, meetings, and club tours to encourage joining the club
  • Conduct research on nominees, members, members' peers, as well as prospects for CORE:
  • Maintain quick correspondence in courteous, professional and rapid manner to all members and guest's inquiries regarding CORE: Membership
  • Assist with achieving the Club's Membership sales plan, goals, and objectives
  • Ensures the enrollment process is complete and records Membership profile information
  • Manage membership payment and contract in partnership with the finance team to ensure all payments are made on time and contracts are fulfilled
  • Maintain prospect and current member database utilizing the CRM system; Produce a monthly lead, sale, and retention report
  • Assist in developing the strategy to grow the membership and community
  • Serve as a familiar presence and resource for all members, and maintain extensive knowledge of the CORE's member base
  • Attend cultural programs and other CORE: events, as necessary, based on potential sales opportunities
  • Proactively builds relationships with members and guests, regularly creating over the top service experiences

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of experience in sales, marketing or membership experience in a luxury brand industry
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and ability to travel and attend various social functions when needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and other systems
