As a science teacher, you will facilitate learning and growth by imparting knowledge, guiding students' understanding, and fostering critical thinking skills in your assigned area of expertise. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor’s degree or higher in science, education, or a related field is required. Master’s degree preferred. Demonstrated experience in teaching science. Openness to concept-based and structured inquiry approaches and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues is required. Experience working with Labs and STEM based projects Candidates are subject to a criminal background check, and an MSDE Employment History Review prior to employment. Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone. Starting Pay: $45,000-$53,000 salary determined by education and experience.
