Job Title: Welder (MIG/TIG) - Multiple Shifts Available

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available

Pay Range: $20 - $30 per hour (Based on Experience)

Position Overview: As a Welder you will be responsible for performing MIG and TIG welding on a variety of materials to create high-quality products. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and welding procedures
• Set up and operate welding equipment (MIG and TIG)
• Weld materials in accordance with established procedures and quality standards
• Perform visual inspections of welds to ensure they meet quality requirements
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Welder with expertise in MIG and TIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and fabrication processes
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure and cut materials

Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $20 - $30 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
