Full-Time, Long-Term Role 

A kind, loving family in Miami, Floridais seeking a dedicated, experienced, and nurturing Live-In Nanny/Family Assistantto support their growing household. With a 4-month-old baby girland a fun, active 9-year-old son, this is a wonderful opportunity for someone who truly enjoys working with children and values building a close, collaborative relationship with parents.

Mom is currently at home and is looking for a true partner—someone who will work side-by-side with her to navigate the beautiful, ever-changing journey of baby’s first year. Dad travels occasionally, so a calm, self-sufficient presence in the home is important. With a full-time housekeeperon staff, your role will be focused on childcare, organization, and helping the family run smoothly day to day.

The Ideal Candidate

You are someone with extensive baby experience, who is adaptable, emotionally intuitive, and brings a calm yet joyful energy to the home. You’re confident enough to take initiative, but sensitive enough to “read the room” and know when to step back. You love keeping things organized, enjoy light cooking and household tasks, and are happy to support where needed—whether that’s baby care, walking the family’s well-trained 10-month-old dog, or helping manage a busy household.

You’re warm, respectful, easygoing, and take pride in creating a peaceful and well-run environment. If you practice mindfulness or meditation, that’s a plus!

Position Responsibilities

• Full-time care for a 4-month-old infant(primary focus)

• Occasional assistance with the family’s 9-year-old son

• Light housekeeping and organizational help (closets, pantry, baby items)

• Light meal prep for the family; inventorying and restocking household items

• Occasional errands (e.g., post office, dry cleaners)

• Walking and caring for the family dog (on occasion)

• Ability to cook in-home for self (low-odor meals only)

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 2 references and 3+ years experience with infants preferred

• English fluency

• Able to travel domestically with family on occasion- not a deal breaker

• Background check required upon contingent offer

• Must be adaptable, proactive, warm, and respectful of family values
