Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
-Check-in and check-out late arrivals or early departures.
-Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and room service requests.
-Monitor hotel security and safety during the night.
Accounting and Auditing:
-Reconcile and balance daily financial transactions (room charges, restaurant bills, etc.).
-Generate and distribute end-of-day financial reports.
-Ensure that all departments’ revenues match the sales records
Daily Closeout:
-Post charges and payments to guest accounts.
-Roll the date in the property management system (PMS) to start a new business day.
-Backup hotel data systems if required.
Other Duties:
-Prepare wake-up calls.
-Set up breakfast or morning amenities if needed.
-Light administrative work or preparing reports for management.
