Job Details

As a Production Supervisor, you'll guide your team to meet daily goals while keeping safety a top priority. You'll also mentor and train team members, ensuring everything runs smoothly

What You'll Do:

• Check your area for safety risks before and during shifts.
• Lead and support your team in their daily tasks.
• Manage team schedules and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Train new team members to meet production goals.
• Complete necessary paperwork and update production records.
• Perform and monitor quality checks on the production lines.
• Report any issues to the Operations Manager.

What You Need:

• High School Diploma or 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
