Ocean Export Coordinator

Location: Situated near CVG airport

Join a well-established logistics company with a history spanning hundreds of years ! My client is seeking an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to manage end-to-end export operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle FCL/LCL ocean export shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation (B/Ls, AES filings, ISF, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and coordinate with carriers/customers.
• Track shipments and provide status updates.
• Work efficiently in CargoWise to manage operations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in ocean export operations is required (FCL/LCL).
• Proficiency in CargoWise is generally a must but for impressive candidates, they're willing to train.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
