Welcome Corrections Center of NW Ohio!

We are excited to collaborate and partner with the Corrections Center of NW Ohio. VitalCore Health Strategies goal is to facilitate a smooth transition for everyone involved. Below is an outline of how this process works. You will need to include your licensure/credentials and your current pay stub (for wage verifications only) to submit your application.

1. Select your current position to start the application process. (If you dont find your exact position, please select the position that is most similar.) Reminder: You will need to include your licensure/credentials and your current pay stub (for wage verifications only) to submit your application .
2. Once your application has been submitted, VitalCore Health Strategies will verify your credentials and wages. An offer letter will be extended to you through the email provided on your application, and you will be prompted to electronically sign the letter, if you accept.
3. If the offer is accepted, VitalCore will send a pre-hire welcome letter via email with instructions to register a new account with ADP, our HR and payroll system.
4. When your ADP registration is complete, you will need to log in to complete onboarding tasks, such as entering your direct deposit information, state and federal tax forms, company policy acknowledgement, and I-9 form. You will be required to upload any professional healthcare license during this step. You will also be making your benefit selections in ADP for all benefit eligible employees.
