Sales Bizlab  We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. The Office Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks and providing support to various departments. This role requires a proactive individual who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. As an Office Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, managing correspondence, and ensuring that the office environment is both organized and efficient.

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: Wilmington, NC

• Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
• Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper, to ensure easy access to important documents.
• Assist with data entry and record-keeping to support various departments within the organization.
• Prepare, edit, and distribute internal and external correspondence, including memos and reports.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner, addressing their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate staff member.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
