Insight Global is seeking an experienced Okta Architect to lead the strategic design and execution of our client's identity and access management (IAM) initiatives. This role will oversee the migration of high-priority applications into Okta, ensuring seamless integration. The architect will guide the transition from Phase 1 application onboarding (10+ apps) to Phase 2, which focuses on account provisioning and automation. With UKG already integrated into Okta for 17,000 users and an additional 12,000 users in Active Directory, the architect will be instrumental in streamlining provisioning workflows and enforcing strict identity boundaries. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Okta, Azure AD, and on-premises Active Directory, and will collaborate with engineering and business teams to optimize account setup and termination processes, which are currently a top priority. This role demands a visionary leader who can balance technical precision with operational urgency.
