A venture-backed deep-tech startup is looking for a high-ownership Operations Associate to help keep its office and laboratory running smoothly while scientists and engineers build breakthrough technology.
This role sits at the intersection of:
• Office & front-of-house operations
• Lab & facilities coordination
• Purchasing, vendors, and light finance ops
• Process improvement in a fast-moving startup environment
You’ll be the person who makes the day-to-day work work — anticipating needs, closing loops, and bringing consistency and care to how the office and lab function.
