That's why we're looking for a skilled Junior R&D Project Manager to join our Research and Development Team and help keep our processes running smoothly. Your daily tasks will entail: Managing and/or assisting in the execution of internal projects New product development Developing concise and effective reports on research, high-impact activities, and testing as necessary Managing high-level escalations from Operations and being a key point of technical support/expertise (subject matter expert) when support is necessary from R&D Assisting in defining and managing analytics and KPIs relative to Production equipment and/or product performances What we expect from you: Technical and analytical mindset Generally organized and detail-oriented Entry-level to intermediate project management skills Experience in print production is strongly preferred Ability to manage pressure well Passionate about your work with a strong drive Great English (both written and spoken) Excellent communication and time management skills Experience in manufacturing and/or engineering will be considered an advantage.
