WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

In this role, you will be responsible for enabling business transformation and helping employees navigate strategic changes impacting their roles. You will engage with multiple stakeholder groups across an organization, identify potential roadblocks and points of resistance far in advance, and create mitigation plans to minimize operational impacts and maintain positive employee engagement. You will work alongside peers and sponsors to craft and executive comprehensive change management strategies, communication plans, needs analyses, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

YOU’LL LOVE WORKING WITH US IF YOU HAVE:  

  • 5-8 years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, HR or learning and development (or proven success in leading transformative change)
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to understand and address organizational issues and challenges
  • Exceptional communication skills-written, verbal, presenting and facilitation
  • Experience in leading and managing teams
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
  • Attention to detail with effective time management
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability in ambiguous situations and environments
  • Familiar with project management approaches, tools, phases of a project lifecycle
  • Proficient in MS Office and training development tools (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Master’s degree
  • Certification in change management, L&D, HR, or organizational effectiveness
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner, in a Center of Excellence, or a Transformation Office role
  • Proficiency with technologies like cloud solutions, HCM systems, AI applications, and/or ERP platforms
  • Reside within commuting distance to Seattle, WA, and able to visit client sites

 

DETAILS: 

Virtual / Remote, temporary, hourly position for up to 9 months. This role may become full-time permanent in the future. Ability to work in Pacific Time Zone is required.. 

The targeted range for this role is $55-$75 hourly. Preferred locations: Arizona, Missouri, Washington, Virginia, Massachusetts, Illinois, Colorado, Florida, Texas, Maryland, Wyoming, Oregon, Idaho.
