We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for checking project progress and ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standard. Candidates will be a qualified/experienced Project Manager willing to exceed client expectations, work alongside field management, field crews, office staff and provide an outstanding product/service to new and existing clients. Must bring a strong client portfolio along with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Estimate, Plan, schedule and coordinate projects with GC's and owners.
  • Utilize estimating software
  • Manage all phases of multiple assigned projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Responsible for estimating and seeing projects through until completion
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to meet project specifications and deadlines.
  • Read and review architectural plans for project details and specifics.
  • Analyze proposals and requirements to prepare cost estimates for potential projects.
  • Utilize estimation, database, Microsoft, and other software.
  • Work with internal estimating department to review and approve all proposals.
  • Work with an existing team (Superintendents, Foremen, Warehouse, etc.) to prepare for the project start.
  • Develop and manage new and existing accounts, assume existing business, and build new relationships with targeted accounts.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Construction estimating in the commercial coatings or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to read and understand required documents, blueprints, and project plans.
  • Proficient in mathematics, statistics, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Project, or similar project management software.
  • Must be familiar with Estimating software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail‐oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Full Time

  • Competitive salary at $90,000 ‐ $105,000 per year
