Weekly Hours: 20.00

Salary Range: $24.00 - $48.00

Pay Info: Enjoy a $11,250 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment (for eligible employees).

Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, you will:

• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team.
• Communicate clearly while maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide counseling to residents and their families on prevention and treatment plans.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse; an Associate degree is preferred.
• If required, completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
• Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience or have a minimum of 400 hours of experience as an LPN.
• Currently hold an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board.
• Complete required annual continuing education units (CEUs) and competency training.
