🏢 About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of payroll processing and administration. This role is ideal for a professional with at least five years of payroll experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to expand their knowledge into benefits administration.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and compensation changes.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll, generate reports, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll and employee data.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Prepare and submit payroll-related filings, including W-2s, 1099s, and quarterly tax reports.
• Support audits and compliance reviews by providing accurate documentation and reports.
• Partner with HR to learn and assist in benefits administration , including enrollments, deductions, and reconciliations.

🧠 Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience , preferably in a mid-sized organization.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow into benefits administration responsibilities.

🌟 Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
• Familiarity with benefits platforms and HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, and ACA compliance.
