Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Overview:

Downtown Physical Therapy and Rehab is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional outpatient care to our diverse patient population. Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs

- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals based on the evaluation

- Provide hands-on treatment and modalities to improve range of motion, strength, and functional abilities

- Educate patients on injury prevention techniques and self-management strategies

- Document all patient progress and treatment sessions in a timely and accurate manner

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and communicate regularly with referring physicians

- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment for patients and staff

- Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical skillset

- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and ethical standards of practice

Requirements:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license or eligibility to obtain a license as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
