Job Title: Picker and PackerJob Description

As a Picker and Packer, you will be responsible for selecting and packaging screws for our clients. The products are generally light, though some may weigh up to 45 pounds. You will also ensure that products are sealed and labeled correctly for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack screws for clients.
• Stand and prepare products for shipment.
• Seal packages properly.
• Label packages accurately.
• Use an RF scan gun to track products and inventory.
• Utilize pick sheets to determine the quantity and aisle for product retrieval.

Essential Skills

• Experience with inventory management.
• Proficiency in using an RF scanner.
• Ability to use pick sheets for order selection.
• Skills in picking, packing, and labeling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for data entry.

Work Environment

You will work in a warehouse filled with racks and bins containing various screws, fasteners, washers, and bolts tailored for the manufacturing industry. The environment supports individual workstations, allowing for a focused and efficient workflow.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Agawam, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
