Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Baker to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in making traditional hand-tossed styles. You will be responsible for preparing dough and baking delicious pizzas to perfection in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and roll out pizza dough, ensuring the right texture and consistency.
• Assemble and cook pizzas using various ovens, including wood-fired, gas, or electric.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to produce high-quality pizzas.
• Prepare fresh toppings, sauces, and other ingredients daily.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain food consistency.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, ovens, and kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Handle customer requests and special orders with care and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a pizza maker, baker, or cook is preferred.
• Knowledge of different pizza styles and dough fermentation techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy bags of flour or ingredients.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
